Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase from A-Dancewear. If there is any issue with your order, we are always happy to help and find the best possible solution.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging;
- proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidance. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Please note that international shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific competition, rehearsal, performance, recital, or event date unless expedited shipping has been arranged in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- custom-size items;
- gift cards;
- final sale items.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective;
- the item is damaged during shipping;
- or you received the wrong item.
Please provide photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In cases of confirmed defects or incorrect items, we will replace the item free of charge and may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Exchanges and Size Issues
We kindly ask customers to carefully review our size charts and measurement instructions before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, our support team is always happy to help recommend the best size based on your measurements.
If the selected size does not fit, please contact us before returning the item. We will do our best to help with an exchange or find the most convenient solution.
For the first size-related exchange request, we may cover the return shipping cost or provide store credit toward return shipping, depending on the destination country and available shipping options.
For additional exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the requested replacement size is unavailable, a refund may be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- unworn and unused;
- with tags attached;
- in its original packaging;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@a-dancewear.com.
