How to determine your Bra-cup size

  1. Measure Underbust:

    • Wrap a measuring tape around your body, directly under your bust.
    • Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
    • Write down this measurement in inches.
    • If the number is odd, round it to the nearest even number. This is your band size.
  2. Measure Bust:

    • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually at nipple level).
    • The tape should be loose enough to not compress your bust.
    • Write down this measurement in inches.
  3. Calculate Cup Size:

    • Subtract the band size from the bust measurement.
    • Use the following table to determine your cup size:
Difference (inches) Cup Size
1 A
2 B
3 C
4 D
5 DD (E)
6 DDD (F)

Example:

  • Underbust: 34 inches/75cm
  • Bust: 37 inches/90cm
  • Difference: 3 inches/15cm (Cup Size C)
  • Bra Size: 34C/75C

Tips:

  • Use a soft measuring tape for accurate measurements.
  • Measure while standing straight.
