How to determine your Bra-cup size
-
Measure Underbust:
- Wrap a measuring tape around your body, directly under your bust.
- Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
- Write down this measurement in inches.
- If the number is odd, round it to the nearest even number. This is your band size.
-
Measure Bust:
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust (usually at nipple level).
- The tape should be loose enough to not compress your bust.
- Write down this measurement in inches.
-
Calculate Cup Size:
- Subtract the band size from the bust measurement.
- Use the following table to determine your cup size:
Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
---|---|
1 | A |
2 | B |
3 | C |
4 | D |
5 | DD (E) |
6 | DDD (F) |
Example:
- Underbust: 34 inches/75cm
- Bust: 37 inches/90cm
- Difference: 3 inches/15cm (Cup Size C)
- Bra Size: 34C/75C
Tips:
- Use a soft measuring tape for accurate measurements.
- Measure while standing straight.
